Reps IV Lore ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Reps IV Lore mobile application (the "App") and website at repsivlore.com (the "Site").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via hashed encryption). You may optionally provide a display name and profile avatar selection.

Workout & Fitness Data

We collect workout logs, exercise selections, sets, reps, weights, experience level, training goals, and progress data you create within the App. This data is used to personalize your AI-generated workouts and display your progress.

Location Data (Expeditions)

If you use the Expedition (cardio tracking) feature, we collect GPS location data while the feature is active to map your route, calculate distance, and estimate calories. Location data is only collected when you explicitly start an Expedition and stop when you end it. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

Device & Usage Data

We may collect device type, operating system version, and general usage analytics (screens visited, feature usage frequency) to improve the App. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalized AI workouts via the Oracle
• Track and display your training progress and statistics
• Enable social features such as Guilds and leaderboards
• Improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Communicate important updates about the service
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Supabase — our backend provider for authentication and database storage
• OpenAI — workout generation requests include anonymized fitness parameters (no personal identity data)
• Expo / EAS — app delivery and update infrastructure

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Supabase (backed by AWS infrastructure). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. All network communication uses TLS encryption.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Export your workout history
• Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data

7. Children's Privacy

Reps IV Lore is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
