1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reps IV Lore mobile application (the "App") or visiting repsivlore.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Description of Service

Reps IV Lore is an AI-powered fitness application that generates personalized strength and cardio workouts, tracks training progress, and provides social features including Guilds and leaderboards. The App uses a dark fantasy RPG theme for its user interface.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with other users' use or enjoyment of the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to Guild features
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to exploit or abuse the AI workout generation system

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Reps IV Lore is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The AI-generated workouts are intended for informational and fitness guidance purposes only.

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• You are solely responsible for your physical safety during workouts
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from following generated workouts
• Calorie estimates and fitness metrics are approximations, not clinical data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, artwork, code, branding, and the "Reps IV Lore" name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Content you create within the App (display names, guild interactions) remains yours. By posting content in social features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI-generated workout quality may vary and we continuously work to improve it.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reps IV Lore and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated workout content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
